Loyar pasal salman khan indah..hehe..recipe tok used to be one of my fav dish during buka puasa when i was in skudai, few years back..wahh..teringat ku zaman d utm marek! the bazar ramadan..i tell you..so banyak the food! they called it PARAM - pasar ramadan..so whenever we wanted to go there during ramadhan (nama ex bf aku la pulak!!)..we will shout "jom gi param!" sounds funny ehh..relly miss those days where i can eat anything i like & want..adussss..tiba2 teringat makanan d johore - laksa johor, mi rebus muar, otak2 & tomyam taman U..and not forgetting mama chop papa grill - the best chicken chop i ever had! terliur tiba2 tgh malam tok..grrrrr..last tuesday aku ganti puasa & tiba2 teringat vadai yg biasanya dipolah oleh tambi gele.
kak milin ku sayang..tok la recipe nya..polah..jgn sik polah! embak ke opis kelak utk kmkduak mizi ngetest ;p
Bahan2 (untuk 10-12 keping vadai)
- 1 mangkuk dal (direndam 2-3 jam)
- sebiji bawang besar (dihiris)
- 3 keping lada kering (dipotng kecil2)
- 2 tangkai daun kari (dipotng kecil2)
- satu sudu kecil jintan halus
- garam dan lada sulah
Cara2
- Kisar kacang dal (halus) dan sebahagian lagi kisar kasar
- Dalam mangkuk, campur semua bahan, gaulkan sebati
- Bentuk, leperkan dan goreng
