Ikan kembung masak berlada utk suamiku

This recipe used to be my fav dish during my uni life at KL few years back.
Masa ya diam di rumah sewa kat flat Pangsamurni, masa ya nang ligat memasak and i really had fun at that time! Bole dikatakan setiap hari aku masak sebab sgt simple. Last aku masak ikan kembung berlada tok 5 thun yg lalu!
Since then, i have never tried to cook the dish again..sebab org d rumah sik makan pedas..
That day, just before my husband got back from work, i called him.."apa mok makan utk malam tok?" so he answered "ikan kembung berlada, OK ka?" GLUPPP!! so i started to google for the recipe because i totally forgot how to cook the dish!

Here is the recipe which i cilok..cant remember which site..lol

Bahan2:
2 ekor ikan kembung sederhana besar, dilumur garam & kunyit, digoreng garing
7 biji cili merah dikisar
5 biji bawang merah dikisar
garam, gula
1 sudu air asam jawa

Cara2:
1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bahan2 yg telah dikisar hingga pecah minyak.
2. Tambahkan sedikit air asam jawa dan kacau sebati.
3. Masukkan garam, gula secukupnya. Kacau sebati dan bila pecah minyak, masukkan ikan yg telah digoreng tadi. Gaul sebati dan biar seketika di atas api.Sedia utk makan!

Simple kan?!
