helooooo...entry for today is singapore fried bihun, also known as cheongsam fried bihun..why singapore? i havent google yet..hehe..i have never tried the recipe before so that day i was ngegeh to test my wat so ever skill..so here we go...the recipe in bahasa melayu..hua3..that day i made only a small portion.
Bahan2:
1 paket bihun
1 mangkuk isi ayam (dihiris)
1/2 batang lobak merah (dipotong memajang halus)
1/2 ikat daun kucai
segenggam taugeh
4 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
5 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)
1 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah
3 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu stok ayam maggie
garam secukup rasa
minyak masak utk menggoreng
Cara-cara:
1. Panaskan minyak dlm kuali, tumiskan bahan yg ditumbuk hingga wangi.
2. Masukkan isi ayam, masukkan sedikit air dan kacau hingga empuk.
3. Masukkan lobak merah, lada sulah, sos tiram dan garam. Kacau rata.
4. Masukkan bihun dan gaul rata
5. Akhir sekali, masukkan taugeh, daun kucai dan gaul rata dan siap utk dimakan!
